Pollo Rey® World Cup

Description

Pollo Rey® World Cup is an advergame designed and developed as a promotional tool and used during the 2104 Wold Cup matches. It consisted of two mini-games aimed for both World Cup savvy and non-savvy players. Fanatics could play a trivia game featuring questions presented in either an image or text format with multiple choice answers. On the other hand, other players could play a penalty game where they could be the goal keeper and block incoming kicks.

History

Pollo Rey® World Cup was designed with the objective to collect user data. Each player was required to fill out their name and email to play. The game also stored other data such as date and time the game was played, statistics of winning and loosing games played, etc.
